    This covers end to end buyer advocacy from initial discovery through to settlement.

    You engage us for a 90 day representation period, during which we act exclusively in your best interest.

  • $5,000 payable on signing.

    This secures your 90 day engagement and allows us to commence immediately.

    It covers discovery and strategy, buyer positioning, active search, property assessment, and representation in the market.

    Once engaged, we are working for you.

  • $10,000 payable on settlement.

    This fee is only payable once we have successfully secured your property and you reach settlement.

    It reflects the negotiation, acquisition management, and ongoing guidance through to completion.

    Our success is aligned with yours. We are not finished until you are settled.

  • Your engagement period is 90 days. If we have not secured the right property within that time, we can discuss extending the agreement if both parties agree.

  • That is completely fine. If the property fits your brief during the engagement period, we can step in to assess value, conduct due diligence, and manage the negotiation on your behalf. In these circumstances, a reduced representation fee applies, reflecting the narrower scope of work.
